B) Definitions:

• Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra Darshanam Coupon Service refers (VRMVK Darshanam Coupon).

• Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra Darshanam site refers to https://darshanam.vrmvk.org.

• You /yours refers ("Pilgrim”) and VRM & VK/our/us/we refer (“Owner/operator).

• VRM & VK Darshanam Site at present covers the Darshanam of Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Sri Ramayana Darshanam.  The Darshanam of other exhibitions will also be covered under it very shortly.

• "Darshanam Coupon" refers to the digital or physical entry voucher obtained through our site.

• "Services" refers to guide and/or booking of Darshanam Coupons and confirmation to access the VRM & VK Darshanam Sites.

C) Booking Guideline:

• Please log in to https://darshanam.vrmvk.org for Darshanam Coupon

• Please provide all mandatory information.

• Booking confirmation will be sent via email, SMS and /or /WhatsApp.

• The darshanam coupon contribution is as prescribed.

• We accept multiple secure methods to make contribution

D) Regulation for Darshanam:

• The validity of Darshanam Coupons is 48 Hours from its booking 

• The coupon is valid for one time visit.

• The coupon is valid for number of pilgrims marked on it.

• The coupon is to be presented (digitally or physically) at checking entry point.

• Special events / unforeseen circumstances and/or maintenance work may suspend the Darshanam temporarily or completely for a particular day.

• VRM darshanam is subject to availability of Ferry through PSC.

• The contribution made for Darshnam is non-refundable.

E) Darshanam Timmings :

• VRM Darshanam Hours 8.00 am to 4.00 pm

•  Ramayan Darshanam Hours 9.00 am to 12.00 pm & 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

Entry Gate will be closed 20 min before closing time

F) Norms for VRM & VK Sites:

• We pray for your joyful gesture and good physical and mental health.

• We solicit courteous, disciplined conduct to maintain serenity and sanctity of these monuments. Any disregard to directives and /or refusal to cooperate with management falls under undesirable /punishable activities hence avoid it. 

•  Please avoid intoxicants, illegal substances etc.

•  Please do not harm to archaeological structure of sites.

•  Please maintain and encourage tidiness.

• Please avoid photography inside area of Sripadmandapam, Sabhamandapam and Dhyanmandapam as it is not allowed.

• To carry single use plastic articles are strictly prohibited.

• The VRM & VK reserves the rights to entry, hence violation of any of these may interrupt /invalidate your visit.

G) Dispute Resolution :

• The disputes if any will be resolved in the courts of Nagercoil (TamilNadu).

H) Modification/Termination in terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to modify/change or terminate the rules and regulations time to time. The same will be displayed on the site periodically.
